Lender Signatures. Each Lender that executes a counterpart to this Amendment shall be deemed to have irrevocably approved this Amendment (and such approval shall be binding upon Lender’s successors and assigns). Each Lender agrees that such Lender shall not be entitled to receive a copy of any other Lender’s signature page to this Amendment, but agrees that a copy of such signature page may be delivered to the Parent Borrower, the Administrative Agent and the Lead Arrangers.
Lender Signatures. Each Lender that signs a signature page to this Amendment No. 2 shall be deemed to have approved this Amendment No. 2 and shall be further deemed for the purposes of the Loan Documents to have approved this Amendment No. 2. Each Lender signatory to this Amendment No. 2 agrees that such Lender shall not be entitled to receive a copy of any other Lender’s signature page to this Amendment No. 2, but agrees that a copy of such signature page may be delivered to the Borrower and the Administrative Agent.
Lender Signatures. The following Persons shall have executed and delivered this Agreement:
Lender Signatures. Each Lender that signs a signature page to this Amendment No.3 shall be deemed to have approved this Amendment No.3 and shall be further deemed for the purposes of the Loan Documents to have approved this Amendment No.3. Each Lender signatory to this Amendment No.3 agrees that such Lender shall not be entitled to receive a copy of any other Lender’s signature page to this Amendment No.3, but agrees that a copy of such signature page may be delivered to the Borrower and the Administrative Agent.
Lender Signatures. Each Lender that signs a signature page to this Amendment No. 1 shall be deemed to have approved this Amendment No. 1. Each Lender signatory to this Amendment No. 1 agrees that such Lender shall not be entitled to receive a copy of any other Lender’s signature page to this Amendment No. 1, but agrees that a copy of such signature page may be delivered to the Borrowers and the Administrative Agent.
Lender Signatures. The Incremental Revolving Lender shall be deemed to have approved this Incremental Amendment and shall be further deemed for the purposes of the Loan Documents to have approved this Incremental Amendment.
Lender Signatures. Each Revolving Credit Lender that executes a signature page to this Amendment shall be deemed to have approved this Amendment. Each Revolving Credit Lender signatory to this Amendment agrees that such Revolving Credit Lender shall not be entitled to receive a copy of any other Revolving Credit Lender’s signature page to this Amendment, but agrees that a copy of such signature page may be delivered to the Borrowers and the Administrative Agent.
Lender Signatures. Each Lender that signs a signature page to this Agreement shall be deemed to have approved this Agreement. Each Lender signatory to this Agreement agrees that such Lender shall not be entitled to receive a copy of any other Lender’s signature page to this Agreement, but agrees that a copy of such signature page may be delivered to the Borrower, the Existing Agent and the Successor Agent.
Lender Signatures. Each Lender that signs a signature page to this Amendment shall be deemed to have approved this Amendment No. 5. Each Lender signatory to this Amendment No. 5 agrees that such Lender shall not be entitled to receive a copy of any other Lender’s signature page to this Amendment No. 5, but agrees that a copy of such signature page may be delivered to the Borrower and the Administrative Agent.
