LEFTOVERS. In accordance with appropriate Health Codes, CATERER reserves the right to discard any leftover food items, after the agreed upon event timetable, where there is a reasonable risk for food borne illness to occur. (initial )
LEFTOVERS. TFS (or you and or your guests) may package up all leftovers that are not able to be reused by TFS. You are responsible for providing appropriate containers to place leftovers into. If you do not have appropriate containers, all food will be disposed of or taken back to the kitchen. Once in our kitchen we are no longer required to give you those leftovers. In accordance with MO Health Codes, TFS reserves the right to discard any food items where there is a reasonable risk for food borne illness to occur.

All costs are subject to change. RENTALS CATERER may provide all or part the rental items for the event. However, certain items may incur restocking & cancellation fees. If CATERER arranges rentals, for the CLIENT, through a rental company, CLIENT will have to pay the rental company directly. Any loss or damage to any rentals will be billed to CLIENT after the event. STORAGE Prior approval from CATERER is required for any storage service before or after the event/function. ASSIGNABILITY This contract is not assignable without the prior written consent from the CATERER.
LEFTOVERS. Any unserved food remaining at the end of the meal period for which it is prepared, but has not been placed on a service line or offered for consumption and service (for example, food remaining in a hot/cold storage cabinet awaiting transfer to a service line). These items will be labeled (Leftovers – Use Within 24 Hours). (a) Leftovers may be offered for service once, and remaining food not consumed within that the above time period will be discarded. (b) The following food will not be retained or offered as Leftovers: (1) Food that has been creamed or received extensive handling and preparation (for example, hashes, gravies, stuffings, dressings, and creamed meats). (2) Raw or partially cooked PHF’s (c) Leftovers will not be frozen or mixed with fresh ingredients.
