Late Collections. A late collection fee of R50.00 per hour or part thereof will be charged for children collected after 13:30 unless prior written agreement between ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ Therapy Centre and the Parent / Guardian has been achieved and / or the child has been enrolled in aftercare in which case after care rates will be applicable.

Late Collections. We would request that parent’s telephone to inform us if they will be unavoidably late collecting their child. If parents are late to collect children, a late collection fee will be charged per late collection. (Late collection/s are subject to a penalty charge of £5 for every 5 minutes). If, after we have made every effort to reach available contacts, a child has still not been collected by 30 minutes after the end of their session, we will follow DFE guidelines and contact Children’s Services.

Late Collections. If a child has not been collected by 5.45pm then the first contact will be telephoned. Then any subsequent contacts as per the Junior Hub Breakfast & After School Club Registration Form ▇▇▇▇- ▇▇▇▇. School will contact the police and social services if no contact has been obtained by 6.30pm. School reserves the right to charge £5.00 for every 15 minute period after 5.45pm, if you have not collected your child. Please note that if a child is not collected by 4.30pm after a Mini session then a Full session will be charged and the above applies regarding collection by 5.45pm. Please return this reply slip, retaining the attached Junior Hub Breakfast & After School Club Contract 2024-2025 for your records, and the Junior Hub Breakfast & After School Club Registration Form 2024-2025 before your child attends any sessions. By signing this form I/we confirm that I/we have read the Junior Hub Breakfast & After School Club Contract 2024-2025 and have completed the Junior Hub Breakfast & After School Club Registration Form 2024-2025 and we are aware that we are bound by the contract including the information regarding payments and attendance notification.
