Late Bid Sample Clauses

A Late Bid clause defines the treatment of bids or proposals submitted after a specified deadline in a procurement or tender process. Typically, this clause states that any bid received after the cutoff time will be disqualified and not considered for evaluation, regardless of the reason for the delay. For example, if a supplier submits their proposal minutes after the deadline, their submission would be automatically rejected. The core function of this clause is to ensure fairness and consistency in the bidding process by enforcing strict adherence to deadlines and preventing any advantage from late submissions.
