Laptop. Executive shall have use of a Company laptop computer.
Laptop. During the twelve (12) month period following the Commencement Date, the Company will provide Employee with a laptop computer, docking station and extra monitor to support his working remotely during such period.
Laptop. The Company provides Executive with a laptop for his use to perform his obligations under the Agreement. No later than the Date of Termination for which Executive’s employment ceases for any reason, or earlier upon receipt of a written request by the Company, Executive shall return possession of the laptop to the Company and shall have no right of lien in the laptop. Executive shall bear all taxes applicable to him in connection with this benefit.

Immediately upon the termination of the Agreement for any reason whatsoever or upon the Company’s first request, the Employee shall return the laptop computer to the Company. Employee will be obligated to compensate the Company for damage caused to the computer only if due to the Employee’s negligence or intentional acts. It is hereby agreed that the Company will in no way be responsible or liable for any violations of any applicable law by the Employee through the Employee’s use of such laptop computer.
Laptop. During the Employment Period, the Company will provide Executive with the use of a Company laptop.
Laptop. 7.3.1. You may be provided with a laptop to assist you to perform your duties only. This remains the property of the Company at all times and upon termination of this contract for whatsoever reason it must be returned. immediately.

Laptop. It is the responsibility of the Duty Person to verify that any electronics (i.e., laptop) are verified functional at an off-site location minimally at the beginning of his/her period of duty responsibility or more often as necessary. Additionally, the laptop shall be taken home each night that the employee is serving on the duty.
Laptop. After appropriate sanitation by the Company, you will be allowed to keep the laptop computer provided for your use by the Company. In addition, the Company agrees that you will not be required to reimburse the Company for relocation expenses in the amount of $381,200 paid by the Company in connection with your initial employment with the Company. You acknowledge that the payments and benefits described in subparagraphs (i) through (vi) above are additional consideration given to you in exchange for your executing this Separation Agreement and abiding by its terms. You further acknowledge that the payments and benefits described above are not required by the Employment Agreement or by Company’s policies and procedures following your resignation and constitute value to which you would not be entitled unless you executed a release such as that contained in this Separation Agreement. You will not be eligible to participate in any Company (or affiliated company) benefit plan, including, without limitation, any 401(k) plan or other retirement plan, stock option or stock grant plan or severance policy or plan, or to receive any other employment benefits, compensation or severance, after your Separation Date, other than as specifically set forth above. It is understood and agreed, however, that you remain entitled to any amounts in your 401(k) account that vested before your Separation Date and to any health plan benefits payable with respect to events occurring prior to your Separation Date. No further amounts shall be due or owed to you from or on behalf of Equifax for or in any way relating to or connected with your employment with the Company.
