Language and Currency. Unless otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement and in order to be effective, all notices, reports, and other documents and instruments that a party elects or is required to deliver to the other party must be in English, and all notices, reports, and other documents and instruments detailing revenues and earned under this Agreement or expenses chargeable to a party must be United States dollar denominated.
Language and Currency. The parties hereby confirm their express agreement that this Order and all documents directly or indirectly related thereto will be drawn up in English. Unless otherwise stated on the front of this Order, all payments and other financial requirements required under this Order will be in the currency of United States Dollars or Malaysian Ringgit, as the case may be based upon prevailing applicable exchange control laws.

Language and Currency. The language of the Agreement shall be the English language, which shall be the binding and controlling language for all matters relating to the meaning or interpretation of this Agreement.
