Jurisdiction Specific Terms. Licensee acknowledges and agrees to abide by any applicable jurisdiction-specific terms and conditions to this Certification Xxxx License Agreement, located at xxxx://xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/participate/legal-documents (or other applicable online location upon notice from OCP).

If the Participant works for the Corporation or an Affiliate in the District of Columbia, the length of the non-competition covenant in Section 19(b) of this Award Agreement shall be one (1) year. If the Participant works for the Corporation or an Affiliate in the State of Oregon, the Corporation will provide a signed written copy of this Award Agreement within 30 days after the termination of the Participant's employment. In the event of a legal dispute, you hereby irrevocably accept the personal jurisdiction of the state or federal courts of the state of New South Wales, Australia. In no event shall the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods apply to, or govern, this Agreement.
