Jointly Drafted. This Agreement, and all the provisions of this Agreement, shall be deemed drafted by all of the Parties, and shall not be construed against any Party on the basis of that Party’s role in drafting this Agreement.
Jointly Drafted. The Parties agree that this Agreement is entered into knowingly and voluntarily, after having the opportunity to fully discuss it with an attorney. Having had the opportunity to obtain the advice of legal counsel to review, comment upon, and redraft this Agreement, the Parties agree that this Agreement shall be construed as if the parties jointly prepared it so that any uncertainty or ambiguity shall not be interpreted against any one party and in favor of the other.
Jointly Drafted. The parties and their respective counsel have participated jointly in the negotiation and drafting of this Agreement. In the event that an ambiguity or question of intent or interpretation arises, this Agreement shall be construed as if drafted jointly by the parties, and no presumption or burden of proof shall arise favoring or disfavoring any party by virtue of the authorship of any of the provisions of this Agreement.
Jointly Drafted. This Agreement, and all the provisions of this Agreement, shall be deemed drafted by both of the parties hereto, and shall not be construed against either party on the basis of that party’s role in drafting this Agreement.
Jointly Drafted. It is agreed among the parties that this Agreement was jointly negotiated and jointly drafted by the Parties and their respective counsel, and that it shall not be interpreted or construed in favor of or against any party solely on the ground that it drafted the Agreement. It is also agreed and represented by all Parties that said Parties were of equal or relatively equal bargaining power and that in no way whatsoever shall this Agreement be deemed to be a contract of adhesion, or unreasonable or unconscionable.
Jointly Drafted. The parties understand and agree that this Agreement is deemed to have been drafted jointly by the parties. Any uncertainty or ambiguity will not be construed for or against any party based on attribution of drafting to any party.
Jointly Drafted. The Parties and their respective counsel mutually contributed to the preparation of this Agreement and have had the opportunity to review and revise same. No provision of this Agreement shall be construed against any Party because that Party or its counsel drafted the provision. All terms of this Agreement shall be construed equally as to all Parties.
Jointly Drafted. This Agreement represents the joint drafting efforts of the parties and shall not be construed more strictly against one party than the other.
Jointly Drafted. The parties to this Agreement have cooperated in the drafting and preparation of this Agreement. Therefore, this Agreement shall not be construed against either party on the basis that they independently drafted this Agreement.
Jointly Drafted. The parties hereto have participated jointly in the negotiation and drafting of this Agreement and, in the event an ambiguity or question of intent or interpretation arises, this Agreement shall be construed as jointly drafted by the parties hereto and no presumption or burden of proof shall arise favoring or disfavoring any party by virtue of the authorship of any provision of this Agreement.
