Joint Customers. If you and one or more others are the customer for a Service, each of you are jointly and individually responsible for all charges and other obligations relating to that Service.

In the event a solicitation is requested from a prospective customer which COALSALES is also submitting a bid for its own account, then XXXXXXX will deliver the bid to such prospective customer, with its price independent of COALSALES.
