IT CAREFULLY. No portion of this Dispute Resolution Provision shall be interpreted or applied in a manner prohibited by governing law, but all other portions shall remain in effect. The jury waiver, class action waiver, and arbitration agreement in this Dispute Resolution provision do not apply to you if, as of the date of this agreement, you are a member of the Armed Forces or a dependent of such member entitled to protection under the Federal Military Lending Act.

The term “Property” as used herein also shall include any interest therein or in its ownership.
