IONS. Section 1: The vacation year for all Employees shall be January through December New Employees hired between January and December shall be entitled to five-sixths of a day for each month worked to be taken anytime after completion of their probationary period, and ten (10) working days in each succeeding year thereafter. During the year in which the third (3rd) anniversary of employ- occurs, each Employee shall be entitled to fifteen (15) working days vacation and in each succeeding year thereafter. Work on high voltage equipment: When work is done on equipment of volts or more to ground, two skilled employees or one skilled employee and at least a person who has completed the second year of their improvership in the classification concerned shall be assigned to the job. For the purpose of allocating vacations, continuous service with the Corporation will be calculated as of December in the year immediately preceding the year in which the vacation is taken, except sub-clauses (e), which will be calculated from the anniversary date of service. It is understood and agreed that the salaries set out in Article are annual salaries and that vacation pay is included inasmuch as the days worked are "school days" as defined by the school year adopted by the Board in accordance with the regulations made under The Education Act of Ontario and all school vacations are available to the instructors as paid vacations.
