Investor Warrants. As an additional inducement to Holder, the Company shall issue a warrant to purchase up to fifty-five thousand dollars ($55,000) worth of shares of its common stock exercisable at the strike prices outlined in the Warrant Agreement, attached hereto and incorporated by reference, to Holder.

Investor Warrants. At Closing, the Company will issue ten-year warrants to each Investor to purchase nine shares of the Company’s common stock for every 20 Shares purchased by such Investor at Closing. The exercise price of the warrants will be $1.20 per share of common stock.
Investor Warrants. The Company has the full right, power and authority to enter into the Investor Warrants and to perform and discharge its obligations thereunder.
