Invalid Transfer. No Transfer of Units which is in violation of this Section 10 shall be valid or effective, and the Partnership shall not recognize the same for the purposes of making any allocation or distribution.
Invalid Transfer. No Transfer of an interest in the Partnership that is in violation of this Article 12 shall be valid or effective, and the Partnership shall not recognize any improper Transfer for the purposes of making allocations, payments of profits, return of capital contributions or other distributions with respect to such Partnership interest, or part thereof. The Partnership may enforce the provisions of this Article 12 either directly or indirectly or through its agents by entering an appropriate stop transfer order on its books or otherwise refusing to register or transfer or permit the registration or transfer on its books of any proposed Transfers not in accordance with this Article 12.

No Transfer of an Interest that is in violation of this Article XIV shall be valid or effective, and the Company shall not recognize any improper Transfer for the purposes of making allocations, payments of profits, return of Capital Contributions or other distributions with respect to such Interest, or part thereof. The Company may enforce the provisions of this Article XIV either directly or indirectly or through its agents by entering an appropriate stop transfer order on its books or otherwise refusing to register or transfer or permit the registration or transfer on its books of any proposed Transfers not in accordance with this Article XIV.
Invalid Transfer. No transfer of a Partnership Interest that is in violation of this Article IX shall be valid or effective, and the Partnership shall not recognize the same for the purposes of making distributions with respect to such Partnership Interest, or part thereof.

No Transfer of a Membership Unit or Economic Interest that is in violation of this Article XII shall be valid or effective, and the Company shall not recognize any improper transfer for the purposes of making allocations, payments of profits, return of capital contributions or other distributions with respect to such Membership Unit or Economic Interest. The Company may enforce the provisions of this Article XII either directly or indirectly or through its agents by entering an appropriate stop transfer order on its books or otherwise refusing to register or transfer or permit the registration or transfer on its books of any proposed transfers not in accordance with this Article XII.
Invalid Transfer. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, in the event of any purported Transfer by any of the Investor Parties of any shares of Common Stock in violation of the provisions of this Agreement, such purported Transfer will be void and the Company will not give effect to such Transfer, shall not record any such improper transfer on its books or otherwise treat any purported transferee as the owner of such stock for any purpose.
Invalid Transfer. Any transfer of an Interest that is in violation of this Article VIII shall be null and void, and the Partnership shall not recognize the same for the purposes of making distributions with respect to such Interest.
