Inurnment. This agreement shall be binding upon the parties hereto, and inure to the benefit of the parties, and, where applicable, their heirs, personal representatives, successors in interest and assigns.

Inurnment. Memorial services for the inurnment of cremated remains will be conducted by one of the pastors of Apex UMC or another pastor invited by the Lead Pastor. Memorial services will be offered in compliance with the Church’s approved policy for funerals and memorial services. Urns to hold the cremated remains in the Columbarium niches may be purchased from local funeral homes or elsewhere, provided they are appropriately sized. A standard urn measures 5 ½ x 5 ½ x 7 inches externally. The cost of the urn is NOT included in the price of the niche. The niches are designed to accommodate one or two urns. The interior dimensions of each niche are 10 ¾” high x 11 ¼ inches wide x 11 ⅛ inches deep.
Inurnment. OSF agrees to accept the cremains of Applicant for inurnment in tower wall niche number in MSF Columbarium for the fee of $ in accordance with the current Schedule of Fees.
Inurnment. This Assignment shall inure to the benefit of, and shall be binding upon, the assigns, the successors in interest, personal representatives, estates, heirs, and legatees of each of the parties hereto.
