Introducers. The Company acknowledges that Fiserv may pay amounts to other parties for referring the Company to Fiserv, that Fiserv may be required to share information, including Confidential Information, with the introducer and the Company authorises Fiserv to share the required information with the introducer.

The Client acknowledges and confirms that the Company has the right to provide the Client’s introducer and its associated persons with the information related to the transactions of the Client’s accounts. The Client acknowledges, agrees and confirms that additional costs, including but not limited to increased spread, commission, fees etc, and may be applicable in cases where the Client is introduced to the Company through introducer, since the Company may be required to pay commissions, fees or other related costs to the introducer and associated persons. Costs related to transactions are provided to clients prior to commencement of business relationship or during the business relationship in cases of changes.
Introducers. 8.1 If you introduce an Applicant to us that has been referred to you by a third party introducer ("the Introducer") that is not itself an Authorised Person, you confirm that you have an agreement in writing with the Introducer providing that the Introducer:
8.1.1 will not engage in the regulated activities of advising on or arranging (as defined in articles 25(A) and 53(A) of the ▇▇▇) Regulated Mortgage Contracts or and will limit its activities to introducing only;
8.1.2 will not receive any money from its client for or in connection with any transaction for a Regulated Mortgage Contract or non-regulated mortgage contract which its client enters into as a result of any such introduction;
8.1.3 will (i) prior to making any such introduction disclose to its client that it may receive payment or other reward or advantage for making the introduction and (ii) promptly upon the amount of such payment, reward or advantage being known, disclose such amount to the client;
8.1.4 will prior to making any such introduction disclose to its client details of whether it is a member of the same group as you;
8.1.5 will maintain written records of any such disclosures that are made (unless the introduction is being made under Article 33 of the ▇▇▇);
8.1.6 where the introduction relates to a CBTL Mortgage Application, the Introducer is not undertaking any activity requiring it to be a Registered Firm; and
8.1.7 will comply with any requirements that we may have for the form of any such disclosure and or record of such disclosure required in this clause 8.
8.2 You will provide us with a list of the Introducers from which you accept Mortgage Applications upon receipt of a request from us.

Acknowledging the introduction facilitated by introducers, the client hereby confirms and recognizes that the Company bears no responsibility for the actions and representations of the introducers or their associated individuals when representing the client to the Company. The client expressly agrees to relinquish any claims against the Company and undertakes to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any actions or omissions by the introducers or their associated persons. The Client acknowledges and affirms that the Company is not accountable for any agreements entered into between the Client and the Client’s introducers. Additionally, the Client acknowledges that introducers may act either independently or as Agents of the Client and are not authorized to make representations regarding the Company or its services, nor are they authorized to act on behalf of the Company as agents or in any other capacity. Furthermore, the Client acknowledges the Company's right to furnish information related to the Client’s account transactions to the Client’s introducers and their associated persons. The Client also acknowledges, agrees, and confirms that additional costs, including but not limited to increased spread, commission, fees, etc., may be applicable in cases where the Client is introduced to the Company through introducers. This is because the Company may be obligated to remunerate commissions, fees, or other associated costs to the introducers and their associated persons. The disclosure of transaction-related costs to clients occurs either prior to the commencement of the business relationship or during the course of the business relationship in the event of any changes.

5.2 Where it is agreed that SPW will pay a finder’s fee to the Introducer, the Introducer undertakes to inform the Customer of the size and nature of the fee if so required by local rules and regulations.
5.3 The Introducer understands that SPW may, if so required by law or the rules of the FCA or any relevant regulatory body, disclose such amounts direct to the Customer.
