INTEGRATED DOCUMENTS. Any separate sheet of paper labeled "Additional Disclosure - Federal Truth-In-Lending Act," which is delivered together with this Agreement or at a later date becomes an integrated part of this Agreement and Disclosure.

The plans, drawings and specifications or special provisions of the Public Agency's Notice Inviting Bids, Instructions to Bidders, Proposal, Information Required of Bidder, Certifications and Affidavits, required bonds, all issued addenda to such, Contractor's accepted bid for this work, and Notive to Proceed are hereby incorporated into this contract; and they are intended to cooperate, so that anything exhibited in the plans or drawings and not mentioned in the specifications or special provisions, or vice versa, is to be executed as if exhibited, mentioned and set forth in both, to the true intent and meaning thereof when taken all together; and differences of opinion concerning these shall be finally determined by Public Agency's Agent specified in Section 1.
INTEGRATED DOCUMENTS. Any separate document containing rates, fees, or other terms and conditions which is delivered with this Agreement or provided at a later time is an integrated part of this Agreement.

The Award Notice, this Agreement and the Plan constitute the entire understanding and agreement of the Award Recipient and the Company with respect to the subject matter contained herein or therein and supersedes any prior agreements, understandings, restrictions, representations or warranties among the Award Recipient and the Company with respect to such subject matter other than those as set forth or provided for herein or therein. To the extent contemplated herein or therein, the provisions of the Award Notice and the Agreement shall survive any settlement of the award and shall remain in full force and effect.

You understand and agree that any separate sheet of paper, which is delivered together with this Agreement and incorporates this Agreement by reference, is an integrated part of this Agreement. Any future amendments to this Agreement will be labeled as such and will form an integrated part of this Agreement.

Holder in Due Course (If applicable) NOTICE: ANY HOLDER OF THIS CONSUMER CREDIT CONTRACT IS SUBJECT TO ALL CLAIMS AND DEFENSES WHICH THE DEBTOR COULD ASSERT AGAINST THE SELLER OF GOODS OR SERVICES OBTAINED PURSUANT HERETO OR WITH THE PROCEEDS HEREOF. RECOVERY HEREUNDER BY THE DEBTOR SHALL NOT EXCEED AMOUNTS PAID BY THE DEBTOR HEREUNDER. YOUR BILLING RIGHTS - KEEP THIS DOCUMENT FOR FUTURE USE This notice tells you about your rights and our responsibilities under the Fair Credit Billing Act.
INTEGRATED DOCUMENTS. The Attachment and any amendments to this Agreement shall be deemed to be integral parts of this Agreement.
