Institutional Network. (a) The Licensee shall continue to make available and maintain its existing Institutional Network (“I-Net”) to be utilized by the Town, Town department, the Issuing Authority and its designees and the Public Schools, in accordance with the terms herein.

Institutional Network. I-Net") - A separate cable/fiber-optic trunk pathway which interconnects with the Subscriber Network and is available for two-way transmission between and among certain points on the I-Net and transmits community events and government meetings from a point on the I-Net to Subscribers.
Institutional Network. (A) As part of the completion of an upgrade of the Cable System by Xxxxxxx’s predecessor under the franchise granted in 1997, an Institutional Network (I-NET) was constructed by Xxxxxxx’s predecessor according to the terms and conditions of the 1997 franchise. Grantee shall continue to offer a managed I-NET service according to the terms and conditions set forth herein.

The Town shall have the right to continue using the I-Net to transmit any and all Signals that were being transmitted by the Town of Amherst and the Amherst Public Schools as of and prior to the Effective Date of this Renewal License, from and among those buildings listed in Exhibit 1 attached hereto and made a part hereof.

Institutional Network. (a) For the three (3) year period from the Effective Date through October 15, 2019, the Licensee shall continue to own, operate and maintain the existing Broadband Fiber Institutional Network (the “I-Net”), for the Town’s non-commercial use pursuant to this Section 3.2. The Town shall have the right to continue using the I-Net to transmit any and all non-commercial uses and applications and signals that were being transmitted by the Town of Amherst and the Amherst Public Schools as of the Effective Date of this Renewal License, from and among those buildings listed in Exhibit 1 attached hereto and made a part hereof. After the end of the three (3) year period, as of October 15, 2019, the Licensee shall have no further obligations with respect to any provisions in this Section 3.2 or in any other provisions of this Renewal License pertaining to the further operation of the I-Net.
