After that, the Cluster will be prepared for the operation of Exasuite. In doing so, the following services are usually differentiated: - Adding and installation of cluster nodes - Creation of users in Exaoperation for administration and monitoring - Setup of database instances - Network setup of cluster nodes - Integration of nodes in the cluster setup of backup scheduler - Handover of login data for the database instances The installation will be completed by the handover of the login-data and an introduction to the most important functionalities of Exaoperation. Installation service may be done via screen sharing.

You authorize us, our affiliate or subcontractor to submit on your behalf any permit or interconnection application that is required for your Products. Installation Service. Tesla will contact Buyer to perform an energy efficiency audit of the Site as required by the SGIP program, and subsequently, to schedule installation of the Products. Installation will be performed by Tesla or an affiliate or subcontractor, at Tesla’s election. Tesla will commission the System in accordance with its standard practices. Buyer authorizes Tesla, or its affiliate or subcontractor, to submit on Xxxxx’s behalf any permit or interconnection application that is required in connection with the Products. Buyer also agrees to give Tesla, or its affiliate or subcontractor, access to the Site as scheduled so Tesla can install and service the Products. Buyer is responsible for all existing property conditions at the Site, whether known or unknown.

The timeframe is considered from the moment when all required Server information has been received. Installation service will not be delivered if the destinated server does not meet the software requirements.

In the case of any inconsistency with the regulations in Part 609 of 16 NYCRR for installation service, the rules of the Commission shall prevail.
