Installation Charge Clause Examples
The Installation Charge clause defines the fee that a customer must pay for the setup or installation of goods, equipment, or services. Typically, this clause outlines when the charge is due, what activities or materials are covered by the fee, and whether it is a one-time or recurring cost. By clearly specifying the financial responsibility for installation, this clause helps prevent disputes over unexpected costs and ensures both parties understand their obligations regarding setup expenses.
Installation Charge. The Installation Charge must be paid in full by the Customer before receipt of any alarm codes or keys required to operate the Equipment as relevant or, in any event, within 30 days of receipt of invoice.
Installation Charge. (i) In addition to any charges agreed to be on-passed to the Contracting QP pursuant to paragraph 5.3 or 6.4 of the General Service Terms and Conditions which have been incurred by Nucleus Connect, or which Nucleus Connect has committed to incur, upon the installation of an E-LAN Connection by Nucleus Connect, the following Charges shall be imposed on the Contracting QP on a per E-LAN Service Port basis:
(a) the following NC Charges: Description One-Time Charges Installation Charge Residential Premise $50 Non-Residential Premise $350 Per E-LAN Domain Setup Charge. Applicable only for the first time set up of the E-LAN Domain. $1,000 per E-LAN domain. Applicable only for the first time set up of the E-LAN Provided that if it becomes necessary for Nucleus Connect to install an environmental hardened NTE as part of the installation of such E-LAN Service, Nucleus Connect shall seek the Contracting QP’s prior consent to such installation of the environmental hardened NTE in accordance with the process set out in paragraph 6.1. If the Contracting QP does not provide such consent in accordance with the process set out in paragraph 6.1, the Contracting QP acknowledges and agrees that the Order in respect of such E-LAN Service shall be deemed to be Cancelled whereupon paragraph 5.2(a) shall apply; and
(b) if applicable, such other installation Charges as may be set out in the Approved Project Schedule.
(ii) Patching Charge in the NC CO and Co-location Space
(a) A Patching Charge in addition to the Installation Charge will be imposed if Nucleus Connect is required to provide Patching Services. Nucleus Connect may be required to provide Patching Services where the installation address is located at the Co-location Space or the NC CO. This will be charged at $40 per patch point.
(b) This Patching Service will be provided by Nucleus Connect if required. The Contracting QP will be required to submit a separate Order for this Patching Service.
Installation Charge. Upon the installation of a IP Multicast Connection by Nucleus Connect, a one-time Installation Charge specified in the table below shall be imposed on the Contracting QP on a per IP Multicast Connection basis. Installation Charge. Upon the installation of a Residential Per-End-User Connection by Nucleus Connect, the following Charges shall be imposed on the Contracting QP:
(i) an NC Charge of $37.50;
(ii) NLT Charges, except those NLT Charges which would be subject to paragraph 5.2(b)(iv), which have been incurred by Nucleus Connect, or which Nucleus Connect has committed to incur, at the time of such installation;
(iii) any Third Party Charges which have been incurred by Nucleus Connect, or which Nucleus Connect has committed to incur, at the time of such installation;
(iv) any other third party charges, NetLink Trust charges and/or NLT Charges agreed pursuant to paragraph 5.2 or 6.3 of the General Service Terms and Conditions which have been incurred by Nucleus Connect, or which Nucleus Connect has committed to incur, at the time of such installation; and
(v) any charges agreed to be on-passed to the Contracting QP pursuant to paragraph 5. 3 or 6.4 of the General Service Terms and Conditions which have been incurred by Nucleus Connect, or which Nucleus Connect has committed to incur, at the time of such installation.
Installation Charge. There will be a onetime installation charge of $0 dollars.
Installation Charge. The Retailer agrees to pay a one-time $200 fee for installation charge.
Installation Charge. An Installation Charge is applicable for the initial installation of a Channel Termination to a Serving Wire Center.
Installation Charge. Upon the installation of the Patching Service by Nucleus Connect, the following Charges shall be imposed on the Contracting QP:
(a) the following NC Charges:
(i) a non-refundable, one-time NC Charge of $40 per patch point;
(ii) if as part of the installation of the Patching Service:
(I) Nucleus Connect provides Patch Cables, the cost of providing such Patch Cables shall be imposed on the Contracting QP on a cost-oriented basis; and
(II) Nucleus Connect is requested by the Contracting QP to provide equipment such as FDF, Patch Panel, power sockets, etc, the cost of providing such equipment shall be imposed on the Contracting QP on a cost-oriented basis. For the avoidance of doubt, the NC Charge set out in sub-paragraph (ii)(II) above will apply if the Contracting QP has such requirement and has requested Nucleus Connect to do so.
(b) NLT Charges, except those NLT Charges which would be subject to paragraph 10.3(d), which have been incurred by Nucleus Connect, or which Nucleus Connect has committed to incur, at the time of such installation;
(c) any Third Party Charges which have been incurred by Nucleus Connect, or which Nucleus Connect has committed to incur, at the time of such installation; and
(d) any other third party charges, NetLink Trust’s charges and/or NLT Charges agreed pursuant to paragraph 7.2 which have been incurred by Nucleus Connect, or which Nucleus Connect has committed to incur, at the time of such installation.
Installation Charge. The Requesting Licensee shall pay to SingTel a one-time Installation Charge for provisioning each Tail Circuit. For express provisioning, the Requesting Licensee shall pay to SingTel an amount equivalent to twice the one-time Installation Charge for provisioning each TCAR
Installation Charge. Upon the installation of an AG-EVC by Nucleus Connect, a one-time NC Charge of $1,500 shall be imposed on the Contracting QP on a per AG-EVC basis.
