Installation Charge. The Installation Charge must be paid in full by the Customer before receipt of any alarm codes or keys required to operate the Equipment as relevant or, in any event, within 30 days of receipt of invoice.

Company will waive the standard Guide charges associated with ISDN ANI feature options. Company will waive the standard Guide non-recurring installation and change charges associated with inbound services. Company will waive the standard Guide monthly recurring fees for Dedicated Access Termination for Inbound Service Access. Company will waive the standard Guide monthly recurring fees for Switched Access Termination for Inbound Service Access. Company will waive the standard Guide monthly recurring charges associated with International Toll Free Service. Company will waive the standard Guide fees for Toll Free Service Identification/Account Codes. Company will waive the standard Guide fees for CD Billing (Perspective Plus). Company will waive Network Connection Charges for all circuit speeds. Company will waive Conferencing Services cancellation charges. Company will waive the applicable Access Coordination and Central Office Connection charges for Dedicated Access Service under this Agreement. Company will waive the surcharge per call associated with Interstate Outbound Voice.
Installation Charge. Upon the installation of the Patching Service by Nucleus Connect, the following Charges shall be imposed on the Contracting QP:
