Init. Indoor motorized chairs and scooters: We do not allow motorized chairs or scooters for indoor use at Xxxxxx Manor. Should a resident decide to acquire an outdoor scooter they must be assessed by an Occupational Therapist arranged for by VIHA, prior to using the scooter at Xxxxxx Manor.
Init. 1. Telephone jacks are provided in each suite. The Tenant is required to have his/her own telephone. The Tenants’ telephone number must be given to the Operator. The Tenant must make his/her own arrangements for installation, payment, service, and removal of other special utility service(s). The Operator does not accept responsibility for any charges.
Init. As consideration for becoming Citiside's exclusive towing service partner for the term stated herein, the Contractor shall provide towing services as permitted herein. If a vehicle is towed without photo proof of violation or outside of agreed upon parameters, as defined in this Agreement, the HOA Board may recall the towing at no expense to Vehicle Owner and Contractor shall make every effort to honor HOA's ruling. Citiside and Contractor shall work on defining the location and signage required to provide adequate notices to residents.
