Infants. 6.3.1 For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, an infant is any child under the age of 2 (two) years (on the date of travel). Infants may fly at the prevailing administration fee per Sector provided he/she sits on an adult's lap (an approved safety restraint for the infant shall be provided);
6.3.2 only 1 (one) infant is allowed per 1 (one) adult, per 3 (three) Seats on either side of the aisle;
6.3.3 one baby Seat or perambulator/stroller per child under the age of 3 (three) years old is allowed to travel with the Passenger free of charge within the aircraft hold;
6.3.4 infants must be accompanied by their parents or a legal guardian and proof of such relationship shall be provided upon request;
6.3.5 although infants do not occupy a Seat they must however be reflected on the Booking Confirmation;
6.3.6 a child over the age of 2 (two) years will require their own Booking Confirmation and separate Seat like any other Passenger;
6.3.7 a carry-on bag for the infant is allowed, provided it complies with the required dimensions;
6.3.8 Passengers with infants or children under the age of 16 (sixteen) will not be allowed to sit in any emergency exit rows (as per Clause 5.3.4);
6.3.9 newborn babies less than 7 (seven) days old will not be accepted for carriage; and
6.3.10 infants will be charged a percentage of the adult fare.

An FAA or aircraft-approved infant or child-safety seat (“CRS”) may be used on board when a seat is purchased for the infant. For some destinations (typically international) even when an infant travels free of charge, government taxes may apply. Travel by air for infants less than 7 days of age is not recommended and we suggest Customers consult their physicians for further guidance. Infant travel policies differ for each airline partner, so it is important to check with each individual airline if you have a connecting itinerary.

Infants a. PHS Medical shall provide on-site well-baby health care services, sick call and emergency care to Infants, and child care and parenting services to their Inmate mothers, as set forth herein and in the Department’s Nursery Program Policy and Procedures. Any Infant requiring health care at a level not available will be transported by EMS to a Designated Hospital (or to another hospital, if required in an emergency). The Contractors will bear no responsibility for the costs of such transportation, the timeliness of the response by EMS to a call for service, or the care that EMS or the hospital provides or fails to provide.
b. When the Nursery medical staff is not on duty, it shall be the responsibility of PHS Medical’s staff at the R▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Center to respond to sick calls and emergencies in the Nursery. Such staff, in conjunction with the Urgi-Care, shall be responsible for determining when an Infant is to be transferred to a Designated Hospital and shall identify a staff member to accompany the Infant to the hospital.
Infants children who are not toilet trained and adults who are incontinent, who wish to enter any pool, must wear a clean diaper or disposable swim diaper covered by separate rubber/vinyl pants, all of which must fit snugly around the legs and waist. If the diaper becomes soiled, this person must leave the pool immediately, and may not return until he/she has taken or been given a soap shower and has been recovered by a new diaper with clean rubber/vinyl pants.

In the United Kingdom Lord Tenterden's Act has been superseded by the Infants' Relief Act, 1874, which provides as follows:
1. All contracts, whether by specialty or by simple contract, henceforth entered into by infants for the repayment of money lent or to be lent, or for goods supplied or to be supplied (other than contracts for necessaries), and all accounts stated with infants, shall be absolutely void: Provided always, that this enactment shall not invalidate any contract into which an infant may, by any existing or future statute, or by the rules of common law or equity, enter, except such as now by law are voidable.
2. No action shall be brought whereby to charge any person upon any promise made after full age to pay any debt contracted during infancy, or upon any ratification made after full age of any promise or contract made during infancy, whether there shall or shall not be any new-consideration for such promise or ratification after full age. THE SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CONTRACT: The Sale of Goods Act (Ont. s. 2; U- K. s. 62) provides:

For transport in the Cessna Caravan Amphibian: Infants are prohibited from being seated on the lap of an adult Passenger. Infants may travel in a “Snugli”-style carrier which is harnessed to the adult accompanying Passenger, or in an FAA or aircraft- approved infant or child-safety seat (“CRS”) when a seat is purchased for the infant.
