Increased Limits. If, during the life of this Agreement, the legislature of the State of New Mexico increases the maximum limits of liability under the Tort Claims Act (NMSA 1978, Sections 41-4-1 through 41-4-27 (1976 as amended)), SSCAFCA may require Contractor to increase the maximum limits of any insurance required herein. In the event that Contractor is so required to increase the limits of such insurance, an appropriate adjustment in the Agreement amount will be made.

Increased Limits. If at any time during the term of this Lease (but no more often than would be commercially reasonable, except if otherwise required by Landlord’s lender), Landlord or Landlord’s lender reasonably shall deem the limits of any of the foregoing insurance requirements to be insufficient based on the then current insurance standards for comparable shopping centers, Landlord shall have the right to reasonably alter or amend any such limits and Tenant agrees to obtain coverage in such reasonably increased amounts as Landlord from time to time may specify.
