Inactive Account. The Client's Payment Account is considered inactive when, after a period of twelve (12) months, it has not been the subject of any transaction (excluding management fees) on the initiative of the Client (or any User) and that the latter has not made any representations to Paynovate in any form whatsoever. When the Account is considered inactive, Paynovate informs the Client by any means. In the absence of a response from the Client or any new transaction on the Account and in the case where the balance is positive, the Account will be closed at the end of a period of ten (10) years from the last transaction on the account. The Client will be informed by any means six (6) months before the effective closing of the Account. The balance will be deposited with the authorized Institution and the sums may be claimed by the Client or his beneficiaries for twenty (20) years from their deposit. Paynovate may debit an inactive account management fee each year, to the extent permitted by law.
Inactive Account. A Payment Account is deemed inactive if: • the Payment Account has not processed any payment Transactions, excluding deductions made by LEMON WAY for fees and commissions of all kinds, for twelve (12) months, during which • the Account Holder, legal representative or person authorised by them to act on their behalf has not presented themselves to LEMON WAY, in any way, shape or form, or • within the twelve (12) months following Account Holder's death. The Account Holder and its rightful beneficiaries are hereby informed of the consequences of such an event. The assets registered on the inactive Payment Account are deposited in the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations (Deposits and Consignments Fund) after a period of ten (10) years, starting from the date of the last payment Transaction, excluding amounts debited by LEMON WAY, such as fees and commissions of all kinds; except in the case of the Account Holder's death, in which the assets registered on the inactive payment Account are deposited in the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations after a period of three (3) years following the Account Holder's death.

If the Client has not traded using his Account or otherwise has not accessed or used it for a continuous period of one hundred and eighty (180) days (the “Inactive Period”) the Account shall be deemed to be inactive. Once the Client's Account has been deemed inactive, NCB Capital will be entitled to charge the Client a maintenance fee (the "Inactive Account Fee"). NCB Capital may deduct an amount up to the Inactive Account Fee from the balance in the Client's Account commencing on the last day of the Inactive Period and then every thirty (30) days thereafter in accordance with the Inactive Account Fee schedule which is available on NCB Capital's Website. All fees and charges (including the Inactive Account Fee) are subject to change by NCB Capital from time to time.

Customer acknowledges and agrees that if Customer fails to fund its Account for a period of 3 months or longer after opening an Account, GSC will deem the account as GSC Live! Service Agreement inactive. GSC shall inform the client via email three (3) business days before disabling the account.
Inactive Account. I agree that NSI may terminate my Distributorship without notice if I have not engaged in any Business Activity on my account for a period of 12 or more consecutive months. After termination, I may apply to become a Distributor again by submitting a new Distributor Agreement.
