Implementation Fee. The Client shall pay the Company the agreed upon implementation fee for performing the Implementation Services, as set forth or referred to in Exhibit B (the “Implementation Fee”). If it is determined that the actual Implementation Fee differs from the estimated Implementation Fee, the Company and the Client shall negotiate in good faith any adjustment to the Implementation Fee. Such estimates are subject to revision based upon future findings. In the event that the estimated or actual costs of implementation are revised, the Company and Client may agree on the revised costs or the Client may terminate this Agreement as provided in Section 4.3, subject to the Client’s payment for Implementation Services actually rendered prior to such termination.
Implementation Fee. This fee is a one-time fee for the set-up and implementation of the Services.
Implementation Fee. One-time onboarding (MIS), activation (CVS), and provisioning (HCS) fees and any other installation or setup fees that may apply are specified on the associated Agreement / Quote / Sales Order / Statement of Work and vary by product and plan chosen. Such implementation fees will be billed out with the first month’s service invoice and payment is required by the date indicated on the invoice.
Implementation Fee. In the event any Fund that becomes subject to this Agreement after the effective date of this Amendment fails for any reason to list its Shares on a US exchange within 90 days following the date of receipt by Service Provider of the Client’s authorization to open such Fund’s custody accounts, and the Service Provider has performed onboarding work customarily done in preparation for such launch, the Service Provider shall be entitled to receive an Implementation Fee of $10,000, which shall be paid in accordance with Section 8 of the Agreement.
Implementation Fee. Company agrees to pay a fee in the amount of [***] to Bank for the development, design, and creation of the Program (the “Implementation Fee”). The Implementation Fee shall be paid in increments according to the following schedule: [***].
Implementation Fee. An implementation fee, supported by a breakdown of costs, of * will be invoiced to Client on the date of signature of the Agreement. The invoice will be paid within * Business Days of receipt.
Implementation Fee. The Parties shall mutually agree upon the implementation fee to be paid by the Client to the Company for performing the Implementation Services. The Client shall pay such fee to the Company in advance of the performance of the Implementation Services. That advance payment shall be based upon a preliminary written estimate of the cost of the Implementation Services. Such estimates are subject to revision based upon future findings. In the event that the estimated or actual costs of implementation are revised, the Company and Client may agree on the revised costs or the Client may terminate this Agreement, subject to the Client’s payment for Implementation Services actually rendered prior to such termination.
Implementation Fee. Pharmacy shall develop program specific SOP’s and train all staff involved in the management of the Program.
Implementation Fee. In addition to the monthly fees set forth in this Exhibit, the Company will pay Distributor a one-time implementation fee relating to the establishment of the Depot for the Depot Product in the amount of $10,000, within thirty (30) days of the Amendment Effective Date and the Company’s receipt of invoice.
Implementation Fee. For the original 20 territories, and in the event Client desires to add sales representative to cover new territories or Products (in addition to the original deployment DARA Pharmaceuticals Reps set forth in Exhibit A), Client shall pay to Alamo Pharma Services an implementation fee (based on what Year the DARA Pharmaceuticals Reps are hired by Alamo Pharma Services) in accordance with the following: Implementation Fee Year One Per Full-time Representative $ [***] Per District Manager $ [***] Implementation Training Fee Payment $[***]
