Identifying Numbers. Merchant understands and agrees that FORTE may rely solely on identifying numbers provided by Merchant to determine the bank and/or account related to each Transaction even if the numbers identify a bank or account holder that differs from the one Merchant has identified by name.
Identifying Numbers. Merchant understands and agrees that BASE COMMERCE may rely solely on identifying numbers provided by Merchant to determine the bank and account of a Receiver even if the numbers identify a bank or account holder different from the one identified by Merchant. In addition to all other indemnity obligations contained elsewhere in this Agreement, Merchant shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless BASE COMMERCE for any claims, losses, liabilities, costs or expenses suffered or incurred (including attorneys’ fees and costs) as a result of an incorrect account or other identification.
Identifying Numbers. The Registrar shall notify the Principal Agent of the identifying numbers of the Bonds and the definitive Certificates which are issued and the same shall form the basis of the records to be kept by the Principal Agent.

In that instance, you are obligated to pay Bank the amount of the transfer originated by Bank on the basis of that Payment Order.

Supplier understands that Service Provider may rely solely on identifying numbers provided by Supplier to determine the financial institution or bank and account of Provider even if the numbers identify an account holder different from the one Supplier identified by name. Supplier will indemnify Service Provider for any losses, liabilities, costs or expenses Service Provider suffers or incurs as a result of an incorrect account or other identification in an Entry or otherwise.

If your Payment Instruction identifies the Receiver by both a name and an identifying or bank account number, and the name and number identify different persons, execution of the Payment Instruction, payment to the Receiver, or cancellation of the Payment Instruction may be made solely on the basis of the number. The Company in issuing the Notes may use “CUSIP,” “ISIN” or other similar numbers, and, if so, the Trustee shall use such “CUSIP,” “ISIN” or other similar numbers in notices of redemption or exchange as a convenience to Holders; provided, however, that any such notice may state that no representation is made as to the correctness of such numbers either as printed on the Notes or as contained in any notice of a redemption or exchange and that reliance may be placed only on the other elements of identification printed on the Notes, and any such redemption or exchange shall not be affected by any defect in or omission of such numbers. The Company shall promptly notify the Trustee in writing of any change in such “CUSIP,” “ISIN” or other similar numbers of which the Company becomes aware.
