ICD Sample Clauses

An ICD (Interconnection and Coordination Document) clause defines the requirements and procedures for coordinating and documenting the technical and operational interfaces between different parties or systems in a project. This clause typically outlines the responsibilities for sharing information, managing changes, and resolving issues related to the interconnection points, such as between a contractor and a utility provider. By establishing clear protocols for communication and documentation, the ICD clause ensures that all parties are aligned on technical specifications and interface management, thereby reducing the risk of misunderstandings and integration problems during project execution.

Local branches constitute a guarantee of success and sustainability of the programs developed.  The missions, activities and organisation of ICD-Afrique  The implementation of projects promoting human services and local development activities generating economic activity, wealth and jobs.  The coordination of cooperation and development aid programmes around themes including health, education, access to water, energy, agriculture, horticulture, environmental protection and solidarity tourism.  The reduction of inequality, poverty, rural exodus and emigration. In Senegal, this plan is determined by the government and implemented by the Regional Development Agencies (RDAs).  Direct collaboration with communities ensures that the projects being implemented meet their expectations and needs. The project design follows democratic and participatory principles agreed on by all, approved by local and regional authorities and in compliance with LDPs. All projects are systematically integrated into the LDPs approved by elected officials and local government. Non-interference is a core principle for ICD-Afrique.  to develop decentralised cooperation between North and South via the implementation of an information procedure on the common benefits of such an approach;  to seek technical and financial partners for the implementation of its programmes;  to prioritise participatory processes and equitable and solidarity-based exchanges in a cross- cutting manner;  to promote Fair and Solidarity Tourism among operators and the general public;  to develop twinning and educational exchanges from primary school to university.
