IBM Services. 4.1 CUSTOMER retains IBM under this SOW to perform the following Installation Services:
IBM Services. This person shall be the key day-to-day contact during the transition phases of this project. The Project Manager works with the PE and focuses on the implementation of specific phases of the implementation of IBM Services, including initial network installation and IAK development and deployment. The Project Manager provides StarMedia Network a focal point for planning, scheduling and resolution of any issues that may arise throughout the deployment of IBM Services. In addition to the lead Project Manager, IBM may assign Project Managers in other countries or geographies to support the lead Project Manager. These support personnel will take direction from the lead Project Manager.
IBM Services. Responsibilities IBM will perform the Services described in applicable Attachments.
IBM Services. The following replaces the first paragraph in the subsection entitled "Invoicing, Payment and Taxes": Amounts are due and payable upon receipt of invoice. You agree to pay accordingly, including any late payment fees. If payment for a one time charge is not made within 34 days from the date of the invoice, you may be subject to late payment fees. If payment for quarterly billing of recurring charges is not made within 60 days from the date of invoice, you may be subject to late payment fees. IBM Services. Services may be either standard offerings or customized to the End User's specific requirements. Each Service transaction may include one or more Service that 1) expire at task completion or an agreed upon date, 2) automatically renew as another transaction with a specified contract period. Renewals will continue until the Service is terminated; or 3) do not expire and are available for use until either of us terminates the Service, or we withdraw the Service. If we make a change to the terms of a renewable Service that affects the End User's current agreement (such as a Service agreement) contract period and the End User considers it unfavorable and you advise us in writing, we will defer the change until the end of that contract period.
IBM Services. Add the following term as the last paragraph in the subsection entitled "Invoicing, Payment and Taxes": If you are claiming any income or transaction tax exemption relating to the Services you acquired from us or that we provided, then you agree to provide us with all appropriate documentation. In the subsection entitled Termination of Services paragraphs three and five do not apply.
