Each party shall immediately notify the other upon its receipt of any inquiry or other communication from the FCC or member of the public which relates to matters covered by the Agreement. It shall be the responsibility of Licensee to respond to all communications from the FCC, although Licensee will consult with Broker prior to doing so if time permits.

Topaz shall provide RASA with the original or a copy of any correspondence from a member of the public relating to the Programming to enable RASA to comply with FCC rules and policies, including those regarding the maintenance of the public inspection file. RASA shall not be required to receive or handle mail, cables, telegraph or telephone calls in connection with the Programming unless RASA has agreed to do so in writing.
