Guarantys. Each Guarantor shall execute and deliver an unconditional guaranty of Borrowing Group’s obligations to Lender in form acceptable to Lender.
Guarantys. The Company shall have received the duly executed Keylock Guaranty, the duly executed Mazelina Guaranty and the duly executed Heavy Metal Guaranty in form and substance acceptable to the Company.
Guarantys. The Obligations shall be unconditionally guaranteed by (a) HMI Inc., Tube-Fab and HMI Acceptance pursuant to the terms of a Canadian Guaranty in substantially the form of EXHIBIT I-1 attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference (the "Canadian Guaranty") I and (b) each Borrower and each Guarantor Subsidiary (other than HMI Inc., Tube-Fab and HMI Acceptance) pursuant to the terms of an Amended and Restated Guaranty in substantially the form of EXHIBIT I-2 attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference (the "Guaranty") .
Guarantys. Borrower will not become a guarantor or surety, or pledge its credit on any undertaking of another, or make loans or advances to any other, except trade credit extended in the normal course of business.
Guarantys. Payment and performance of the Obligations shall be fully guaranteed by Guarantor pursuant to Facility Guarantys duly executed and delivered by Guarantor.
Guarantys. The Guarantor and Express 1 Properties, L.L.C. shall have guaranteed payment and performance of the Bank Obligations in accordance with the terms of the Guaranty and the Properties Guaranty.
Guarantys. The Guarantors shall have guaranteed payment and performance of the Bank Obligations in accordance with the terms of the Guarantys.
Guarantys. The Guarantys, when executed and delivered, will constitute the legal, valid and binding obligation of the Guarantor, enforceable in accordance with its terms, except as enforceability may be limited by applicable bankruptcy and insolvency laws and laws effecting creditors' rights generally.
Guarantys. Simultaneously with the execution and delivery of the Acceptance Certificate by Lessee and Lessor hereunder, Guarantors shall execute and deliver the Guarantys in favor of Lessor.
