Group Purchasing. Blackstone facilitates a group purchasing program, which harnesses the purchasing power of a large number of Blackstone’s private equity portfolio companies. BMP agrees to make available to the New Gates Parties and their respective subsidiaries the opportunity to participate in Blackstone’s group purchasing program. Any such participation would be on terms mutually agreed by the New Gates Parties and BMP.
Group Purchasing. We provide the opportunity for you to participate, on the same basis as other franchisees, in group purchasing programs for products, supplies, insurance, and equipment, which we or our affiliates may from time to time develop, on terms that we alone determine. We and our affiliates have the right to set up exclusive dealing arrangements with selected vendors and receive payments from those vendors for any preferred vendor designation.
Group Purchasing. 3.1 Obligations The PROVIDER hereby acknowledges that he or she has the present Intention of participating in all of the group purchasing arrangements sponsored by RIPCPC. This agreement shall not, however, be construed to obligate the PROVIDER to purchase any particular amount of a given service or product. The PROVIDER further acknowledges that RIPCPC is acting as a negotiator and will neither take title to, nor be obligated to pay for, any services or products by virtue of this Agreement.
Group Purchasing. 8.23.A MD Xxxxxxxx is an institution of System, which consists of eight (8) academic and six (6) health institutions. Texas law authorizes institutions of higher education (defined by Section 61.003, Education Code) to use the group purchasing procurement method (ref. Sections 51.9335, 73.115, and 74.008, Education Code). Therefore, if this Agreement resulted from a competitive procurement method, Contractor acknowledges that additional Texas institutions of higher education may elect to enter into a contract with Contractor for the Activation Services set forth in this Agreement, on the same terms and conditions recited herein, by entering into a separate contract with Contractor, or by concluding an appropriate addendum to this Agreement. In either case, it is understood and agreed that:
Group Purchasing. The Management Agreement shall contain provisions wherein Manager may provide certain shared services to the Properties (such services and the allocation of such expense to be determined in the definitive documentation). Notwithstanding, Manager may not provide any such shared services to other properties owned or managed by Manager or its affiliates (i.e. the Properties will not have a shared reservation system with other properties owned or managed by Manager or its affiliates). Manager may utilize purchasing procurement services of affiliates of Manager and/or other group buying techniques involving other properties managed by Manager, provided that the cost thereof shall be competitive with that which would be charged by non-affiliated third party vendors in an arms length transaction, and Manager shall afford the Properties the benefit of and any savings (without xxxx-up or fees), rebates, reimbursements or other payments resulting from any purchasing procurement services and/or group buying techniques.
Group Purchasing. Customer may disclose contract terms if the purpose is to allow other schools or entities under the same college or university system of group, state, or country to procure services through Apogee using this agreement.

BMP will continue to make available to the Company Parties and their respective subsidiaries the opportunity to participate in Blackstone’s group purchasing program. Any such participation would be on terms mutually agreed by the relevant Company Parties and BMP from time to time. The Company Parties acknowledge that BMP may receive commissions, payments or fees from vendors or other third parties in connection with spending through Blackstone’s group purchasing program. The foregoing arrangement discussed in this section shall continue as long as Blackstone and the Company Parties shall mutually agree.

Group Purchasing. Columbia shall provide the Partnership with appropriate access to, or the benefit of, Columbia's purchasing greements or purchasing programs of Columbia/HCA, to the extent that Columbia is legally or practically able to do so.
Group Purchasing. 3.1 The Customer may enter the Contract for and on behalf of M&Y. Where the Order states the Customer is entering into the Contract for and on behalf of M&Y; the Supplier shall provide Services to the Customer and M&Y. In addition, the Supplier may be required to provide Services directly to other members of the Regenda Group in accordance with this clause 3.
