Group Contracts. All Group Contracts other than the respective Business Portions of the Shared Contracts;
Group Contracts. The Warrantors covenant that each agreement to be entered into by and between Xunlei Games and other Group Companies after the Closing will be made on an arm’s length basis, and that at the request of any Investor, the applicable Group Companies shall make such agreements available to such Investor for inspection.
