Grill Clause Samples

The "Grill" clause typically outlines the terms and conditions related to the use, maintenance, or installation of a grill, such as a barbecue or cooking appliance, within a property or premises. It may specify where grills can be placed, safety requirements, and responsibilities for cleaning or repairs. For example, the clause might restrict grill usage to certain outdoor areas or require tenants to follow fire safety guidelines.
