Government Disclosures. We may provide information about you and your Transactions to government authorities and law enforcement agencies, or to others if we are required by applicable laws or regulations to disclose certain information to them in accordance with our legal obligations, as described in our [Privacy Policy] (xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx/se/en/home/policy).
Government Disclosures. In the event that Receiving Party becomes legally compelled by a court of competent jurisdiction or by a governmental body to disclose any Confidential Information, Receiving Party will give Disclosing Party prompt written notice of such requirement, together with a copy of such demand, to enable Disclosing Party to seek a protective order or other remedy. In the event that Disclosing Party elects not to seek or is unable to obtain a protective order or other remedy, Receiving Party will only disclose that portion of the Disclosing Party’s Confidential Information which it is advised in writing by its legal counsel is legally required to be disclosed and will make reasonable efforts to obtain assurance that confidential treatment will be accorded such Confidential Information.

Government Disclosures. We may be required by law to provide information about you, your use of the Service and your Instructions to government or other competent authorities as described in our Data Privacy Policy. You acknowledge and consent to us doing this.

The obligations under this Section 17 shall not prevent the Parties from disclosing the Confidential Information or terms of this Agreement to any governmental authority as required by law or regulation (including those requiring filing of documents in connection with registrations under the Securities Act of 1933) or as ordered by a court (provided that the Party intending to make such disclosure in such circumstances: (i) has given the appropriate other Party prompt notice prior to making such disclosure so that the other Party may seek a protective order or other appropriate remedy prior to such disclosure, (ii) cooperates fully with the other Party in seeking such order or remedy), and seek Confidential Treatment of the Confidential Information, this Agreement when disclosed to a governmental authority. In the event the governmental authority denies Confidential Treatment, the Parties will use their best efforts to redact Confidential Information, financial information and payment schedules from this Agreement.
Government Disclosures. The Parties recognize that Governmental agencies may require Confidential Information on Products for regulatory compliance purposes. The Parties agree that the Joint Venture Company may file the required disclosures under secrecy, provided that Interface, the Parties, or the Parties' Affiliates (as necessary) first provides written consent, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld.

The obligations under this Section 8 shall not prevent the Parties from disclosing the Confidential Information or terms of this Agreement and the JV Agreement to any governmental authority as required by law or regulation (including those requiring filing of documents in connection with registrations under the Securities Act of 1933) or as ordered by a court (provided that the Party intending to make such disclosure in such ------- |*| Indicates that certain information in this exhibit has been omitted and filed separately with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Confidential treatment has been requested with respect to the omitted portions.

You authorize us to make any inquiries, to you or to others, which are necessary to validate the information that you provide to us. This may include asking you for additional information, requiring you to take steps to confirm ownership of your email address or financial instruments, verifying your information against third party databases, or through other sources.
Government Disclosures. If a Recipient is required by a government body or court of law to disclose Confidential Information, the Recipient agrees to give the Discloser reasonable advance notice so that Discloser may contest the disclosure or seek a protective order. Recipient, upon Discloser’s written request or upon termination of this Agreement, will promptly return all Confidential Information received from the Discloser, together with all copies, or certify in writing that all such Confidential Information and copies thereof have been destroyed.
