Goods/Services. 2.1.1 The Goods / Services shall be as described on the invoices, quotation, work authorisation, sales order or any other work commencement forms as provided by the Seller to the Buyer.

Goods/Services. 2.1 The Subcontractor shall supply the Goods and / or perform the Services (as the case may be) in accordance with this Agreement. Further, Vendor represents and warrants that the Services shall be completed in accordance with applicable specifications and shall be correct and appropriate for the purposes contemplated in this Agreement.
