General Undertaking. The Parties undertake to expand trade in services on a mutually advantageous basis, under conditions of transparency and progressive liberalisation through successive reviews, with the aim of securing an overall balance of rights and obligations, while recognising the rights of both Parties to regulate, and to introduce new regulations, giving due respect to national policy objectives including where these reflect local circumstances.
General Undertaking. Provider warrants that it has all the required facilities for performing the enlisted surgeries / procedures / therapies as specified in clause. No 3.

General Undertaking. Each Party shall exercise all powers and rights available to it, including as a holder of shares in the Company, and such other rights and powers available to it from time to time in order to give effect to the provisions of this Agreement and to ensure that the Company and the Escrow Agent comply with their respective obligations under this Agreement.

Member States shall direct their endeavours with a view to creating favourable conditions for the development of the Community and the achievement of its aims and the harmonization of their policies for the achievement of such aims through Community institutions. Member States shall refrain from any unilateral action likely to hinder such achievement.
General Undertaking. The undertakings in this clause 22 (General undertaking) shall remain in force from the date of this Agreement for so long as any amount is outstanding under the Finance Documents or any Commitment is in force.
