On September 22nd 2017, TE notified our customers our D369 product has gaps in performance vs our internal / published specification (related to Altitude Immersion and Humidity). AGer a very intense and thorough study, TE has determined most demand for the product is for environments / applications that do not require Altitude Immersion and Humidity performance. As a result, we will officially reduce the Altitude Immersion level from the product spec to RTCA DO160 category A4 and IP65 rating and Humidity level to RTCA DO160 category A, targeting in-cabin applications. We will also release a new version of D369 targeted for harsh environments which will meet the EN2591-314 for Altitude Immersion and the EN2591-321 / EIA-364-31 Method IV for Humidity.
