GENERAL FUNCTION. The Medical Coordinator is a professional position responsible for ordering and maintaining of all medical equipment.

GENERAL FUNCTION. Under general supervision, develops, tests, documents, and maintains reports and business work flows based on specifications provided. This is an entry-level position that is staffed by personnel who have had sufficient educational background and/or experience to qualify them.  Develops, enhances, and tests reports based on specifications. GENERAL FUNCTION. Provides expert judgment and analysis for the design, development, and implementation of complex computing systems. Technical expert in multiple highly specialized phases of software systems design and support. Formulates and designs specifications for the most complex operating software applications or modifies and maintains existing complex applications. Performs highly complex technical work applying skills in programming, systems design and software engineering. Work is performed with independence and initiative under the general supervision of the Enterprise IT Supervisor. Performance is reviewed through observations, conferences, reports and achievement of desired results.  Performs high-level project planning and management of hardware and software installations and upgrades.  Recommends technology solutions that will support and enhance the computing environment.  Creates and implements policies for the use of computing environment.  Provides Instruction, direction and reviews the work of other systems analysts.  Defines functional and technical specifications for hardware and software. Researches and recommends new hardware and software technology approaches.  Conducts complex problem diagnosis and provides resolution.  Provides technical leadership for system administrators, system programmers, or others as assigned.  Creates solutions through the use of one or more scripting languages.  Performs other related duties as assigned.

GENERAL FUNCTION. Performs complex testing and analysis of all elements of the network facilities, including power, software, communication devices, lines, modems, hardware, and terminals. Provide guidance and training to other departments, divisions, officials, agencies and municipalities  Install and program new network equipment and test and evaluate the results.  Modify existing network equipment for added functions via upgrades and/or reprogramming.  Administers IP address selection and assignments of IP addresses to city, county, and state agencies requiring access of the Orange County Data Network.  Study and learn new network technologies and integrate them into the existing network techniques unique to Orange County.  Analyze and take appropriate action to isolate network faults and take corrective action in a expeditious and timely manner.  Provide guidance to departments, divisions, elected officials, and municipalities in complying with network procedures, purchases, and projects.  Develop and train staff in departments, divisions, elected officials, and municipalities in network installation and troubleshooting.  Provide consulting services to departments, divisions, elected officials, and municipalities to address technical issues related to network design, installation and planning.  Performs other related duties as required.

GENERAL FUNCTION. This security systems position is responsible for technical aspects of enterprise computer and physical security. Responsibilities include performing enterprise-wide security systems related activities required to protect information assets from intentional or unintentional disclosure, modification, destruction, or denial. Work is performed with considerable independence under the general supervision of the IT Security Architect or their designee.
