Further Authorizations. The Administrator is hereby authorized to execute the Trust Agreement and the Insurance Agreement.

The Mayor, or his designee, and the Corporation Secretary, are hereby authorized to execute the Agreements and all other contracts and documents and otherwise take all necessary action in connection therewith and herewith. The Chief Executive Officer of the DIA, as contract administrator, is authorized to negotiate and execute all necessary changes and amendments to the Agreements and other contracts and documents, to effectuate the purposes of this Ordinance, without further Council action, provided such changes and amendments are limited to amendments that are technical in nature (as described in Section 2 hereof), and further provided that all such amendments shall be subject to appropriate legal review and approval by the General Counsel, or his or her designee, and all other appropriate official action required by law.

The Executive Director of the OED, as 5 contract administrator, is authorized to negotiate and execute all 6 necessary changes and amendments to the Economic Development 7 Agreement and other contracts and documents, to effectuate the 8 purposes of this Resolution, without further Council action, 9 provided such changes and amendments are limited to amendments that 10 are technical in nature (as described in Section 2 hereof), and 11 further provided that all such amendments shall be subject to 12 appropriate legal review and approval by the General Counsel, or 13 his or her designee, and all other appropriate official action 14 required by law.
Further Authorizations. Except as may be consented to by the Participating Municipalities in accordance with Section 12.02, ONE JIB shall not permit any further authorization (or sub- delegation) of investment functions by any Agent (other than ONE Investment) to third parties unaffiliated with the Agent. The ONE JIB Services Agreement provides that ONE Investment similarly will not permit further authorization (or sub-delegation) of investment functions by any Agent to third parties unaffiliated with the Agent, and ONE JIB shall require ONE Investment to include provisions with substantially similar effect in all agreements with Agents.
Further Authorizations. The Board of Supervisors of the Township of Ligonier is hereby authorized to take any and all such other actions as may be necessary or appropriate to carry out the purposes of this Chapter and comply with the requirements of the attached Restated Trust Agreement, and any duly adopted amendments thereto.

The Director of Public Works, as contract administrator, or his designee, is authorized to negotiate and execute all necessary changes and amendments to the Agreement and other related contracts and documents, to effectuate the purposes of this Ordinance, without further Council action, provided such changes and amendments are limited to "technical amendments" and do not change the financial obligations between the parties and, further provided, that all such amendments shall be subject to appropriate legal review and approval by the General Counsel, or his designee, and all other appropriate official action required by law. The term "technical amendments" as used in this section shall include, but not be limited to, changes in legal descriptions and surveys, description of improvements, ingress and egress, easements and right of ways, design standards, and vehicle access and site plan, which have no financial impact.
Further Authorizations. The parties acknowledge and agree that the Mayor of the City, or his designee, and the City’s Corporation Secretary, or their respective designees, are hereby authorized to execute any and all other contracts and documents and otherwise take all necessary action in connection with this Agreement and the Resolution.
