Furnishing Notices. Borrower shall deliver to Lender copies of all material notices received or given by Borrower (or its agents or representatives) in connection with the Project.

Furnishing Notices. Borrower shall provide Agent with copies of all material notices pertaining to the Project received by Borrower from any Tenant, Guarantor, Governmental Authority or insurance company within ten (10) days after such notice is received.

Furnishing Notices. Provide Administrative Agent with copies of all material notices pertaining to the Subject Property received by Borrower from any Tenant, Governmental Authority or insurance company within seven (7) Banking Days after such notice is received.

Furnishing Notices. Borrower shall promptly furnish Lender with copies, or notify Lender in writing, of the following: 7.15.1 any litigation affecting Borrower or any Guarantor, or if Borrower is a partnership, any general partner of Borrower, where the amount claimed is in excess of the Litigation Amount. 7.15.2 any communications, whether written or oral, that Borrower may receive from any governmental, judicial or legal authority, giving notice of any claim or assertion that the Improvements fail in any respect to comply with any Governmental Requirements, or of any dispute which may exist between Borrower and any governmental, judicial or legal authority that may adversely affect Borrower, the Property or the Project; 7.15.3 any material adverse change in Borrower's or any Guarantor's financial condition or operations or in the physical condition of the Property and if Borrower is a partnership, in the financial condition or operation of its general partner(s); 7.15.4 any filings (with true copies thereof) with any Governmental Authority regarding or pursuant to any law related to Hazardous Materials (as defined in the Trust Deed) or the environment, the contents or reporting of which could cause a Material Adverse Effect; 7.15.5 any proceeding or inquiry by any Governmental Authority (including, without limitation, the California State Department of Health Services) with respect to the presence of any Hazardous Materials on the Property or the migration thereof from or to other property; 7.15.6 all claims made or threatened by any third party against Borrower or the Property relating to any loss or injury resulting from any Hazardous Materials; 7.15.7 Borrower's discovery of any occurrence or condition on any real property adjoining or in the vicinity of the Property or any part thereof to be subject to any restriction on the ownership, occupancy, transferability or use of the Property under any Hazardous Materials Laws; or 7.15.8 any proposed or contemplated change in the organization or management of Borrower or in the nature of its business.

Furnishing Notices. Borrower shall provide Lender with copies of all material notices pertaining to Borrower, any Guarantor or the Project received by Borrower from any Tenant, Guarantor, Governmental Authority or insurance company within seven (7) days after such notice is received. In addition, Borrower shall promptly provide Lender with written notice of any litigation, arbitration, or other proceeding or governmental investigation pending or, to Borrower’s or any Guarantor’s knowledge, threatened against Borrower, any Guarantor relating to the Project. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Borrower shall not be obligated to provide Lender with such written notice in respect of personal injury litigation against Borrower or the Project if the amount claimed is less than $100,000.00, as long as the maximum liability under such cases is covered in its entirety by liability insurance maintained by Borrower and the insurance carrier has not refused the tender of defense or coverage.

Furnishing Notices. Borrowers shall provide Agent with copies of all material notices pertaining to the Mexican Project received by a Borrower from a Governmental Authority or insurance company within seven days after such notice is received.

Furnishing Notices. The Borrower shall provide the Agent with copies of all notices pertaining to any Borrowing Base Property and relating to a Material Adverse Effect received by the Borrower from any Tenant, General Contractor, laborer, contractor, subcontractor, architect, Governmental Authority or insurance company within seven (7) days after such notice is received. Within fifteen (15) Business Days of the completion of the shell of any Improvement for a Borrowing Base Property, Borrower shall notify the Agent in writing of such completion. The Borrower shall provide the Agent with a Notice of Completion upon the completion of all Construction for a Borrowing Base Property contemplated by the Total Development Budget and related Construction Documents within fifteen (15) Business Days of such completion.

Furnishing Notices. Promptly deliver to Lender copies of all notices of default received or given by Borrower under any Lease other than Residency Agreements. Borrower will promptly provide Lender with copies of all violation notices pertaining to the Real Property received by Borrower from any Government Authority.
