Full Business Time. The Executive agrees to devote his full business time and services to the faithful performance of his duties hereunder. During the term of his employment with the Company, the Executive shall engage in no other business activities whatsoever during normal working hours and shall perform his services from the premises of the Company; provided, however, that the Executive may serve on the boards of directors of other companies and charitable organizations and may devote reasonable time to charitable and civic organizations, in all cases provided that the performance of his duties and responsibilities on such boards and in such service does not interfere with the performance of his duties and responsibilities under this Agreement.
Full Business Time. Employee shall devote his full business time, attention, skill and best efforts to the performance of his duties under this Agreement and shall not engage in any other occupation or active business during the period of his employment, including, without limitation, any such activity that (x) conflicts with the interests of the Company, (y) interferes with the proper and efficient performance of his duties for the Company or (z) interferes with the exercise of his judgment in the Company’s best interests.
Full Business Time. Executive shall devote his full business time, skills, and best efforts to rendering services on behalf of, collectively, Post, Post Apartment Homes and Post Services and shall exercise such care as is customarily required by executives undertaking similar duties for entities similar to Post, Post Apartment Homes and Post Services.
Full Business Time. Throughout the Term, the Executive agrees to devote substantially all of his professional time and efforts to the performance of his duties hereunder. Provided that such activities do not violate any term or condition of this Agreement, or materially interfere with the performance of his duties hereunder, or create a conflict of interest, nothing herein shall prohibit the Executive from (a) participating in other business activities approved in advance in writing by the Board in accordance with any terms and conditions of such approval, (b) engaging in charitable, civic, fraternal or trade group activities, (c) investing his personal assets in other entities or business ventures, subject to any policies of the Company applicable to all executive personnel of the Company, or (d) serving on the board of directors of another entity, provided that such service is approved in advance in writing by the Board.
Full Business Time. The Executive agrees to devote his full business time and services to the faithful performance of his duties hereunder. During the term of his employment with the Employing Subsidiaries, the Executive shall engage in no other business activities whatsoever during normal working hours and shall perform his services primarily from the Company’s offices located in Mandaue, the Philippines and Noida, India.
Full Business Time. Exec agrees to devote full business time and energies to his job as specified in Section 2.1

Throughout the Term, the Executive agrees to devote all or substantially all of the Executive’s professional time and efforts to the performance of the Executive’s duties hereunder. Provided that such activities do not violate any term or condition of this Agreement, or materially interfere with the performance of the Executive’s duties hereunder, or create a conflict of interest, nothing herein shall prohibit the Executive from (a) participating in other business activities approved in advance in writing by the CEO in accordance with any terms and conditions of such approval, (b) engaging in charitable, civic, fraternal or trade group activities, (c) investing the Executive’s personal assets in other entities or business ventures, subject to any policies of the Company applicable to all executive personnel of the Company, (d) continuing to serve on the boards of directors of the Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx Foundation for Innovative Pediatric Cancer Research and bieMedia, Inc, or (e) serving on the board of directors of another entity, provided that such service is approved in advance in writing by the CEO.
Full Business Time. Chief Executive Officer shall devote his full business time, attention, skill and efforts to the performance of his duties under this Agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing herein shall preclude Chief Executive Officer from (i) serving as a member of the board of directors or advisory boards (or their equivalents in the case of a non-corporate entity) of for-profit companies or charitable organizations, (ii) engaging in charitable activities and community affairs and (iii) managing personal and/or family investments and affairs; provided, however, that the activities set out in clauses (i), (ii) and (iii) shall be limited by Chief Executive Officer so as not to materially interfere, individually or in the aggregate, with the performance of his duties and responsibilities hereunder.
Full Business Time. The Executive, during the term of this Agreement, shall devote his full business time, attention and energy and render his best efforts and skill to the business of the Parent and the Company.
