Free Service. Private parties will be able to list and view merchandise and services for free on Customer Classifieds.
Free Service. No Service Charges shall be imposed on the City and water shall be provided free of any charge for the provision of water (i) for the suppression of fires and the provision at all times of adequate water pressure for the suppression of fires and other purposes of the City’s Fire Department, (ii) for street cleaning, (iii) for City Hall and other buildings used primarily by the City for public purposes, (iv) for comfort stations in City parks and (v) for swimming pools owned or operated by the City. No Services Charges shall be imposed on the City and the services of the Sewer Utility System shall be provided free of charge for City Hall and other buildings used primarily by the City for public purposes.
Free Service. The RECIPIENT shall not furnish utility service to any customer free of charge if providing that free service affects the RECIPIENT's ability to meet the obligations of this agreement.

Free installation, including an aerial drop, outlet and converter (if needed), and free basic cable service and cable programming service (or the equivalent if available) shall be provided and maintained in the New Gloucester Town Hall, each state accredited public school (provided that any necessary internal wiring of schools shall be the responsibility of Grantor) and every public library. All locations shall be capable of being served by an aerial drop of not more than 150 feet from the activated cable system. In the event any such building or school is located in excess of a standard service drop from Company's existing distribution facilities or not serviceable by an aerial drop, Grantor shall pay the incremental cost of the service drop over the cost of a standard service drop.
Free Service. The Company may not charge for the collection of Recyclable Materials, and SFD Recycling Collection Service shall be unlimited. However, for a SFD Service Recipient to receive free recycling services, they must be subscribe for SFD Garbage Collection Service.

Company shall provide without any installation charge or ------------ monthly charge one free Cable System outlet in each Municipal building or facility; in each building used by a state-accredited public, private, charter and parochial K-12 school, university or college; and shall allow Municipality and each such school without additional charge, to extend such service to some or all rooms, classrooms and auditoriums. None of the preceding entities shall be charged any fee during the term of this Franchise Agreement for any basic or expanded basic channels or programming, excluding premium channels (such as HBO or Showtime) or pay per view channels, but the entities may be charged by Company to the extent installation costs exceed $1,200 at any single site. To allow for extensions of service, the signal level at the initial outlet shall be +10dBmV or higher.
Free Service. You acknowledge and agree that eFileCabinet and/or Concentsus may occasionally send you administrative communications regarding your account or the Service via email. Please see the eFileCabinet, INC privacy policy which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
