Franchise Tax. Contractor is not currently delinquent in the payment of any franchise tax owed to the State of Texas, pursuant to Chapter 171, Texas Tax Code.

Franchise Tax. If Contractor is a corporation and is at the time of contracting or later becomes delinquent in the payment of its Texas franchise tax, then payments to the Contractor due under this Agreement may be withheld until such delinquency is remedied.
