Flood Hazard Certification. Borrower shall provide to Lender a flood hazard certificate in form, scope and substance acceptable to Lender and evidencing that the Mortgaged Property does not lie in a flood hazard area.

Flood Hazard Certification. The Administrative Agent and the Lessor shall have obtained the necessary documents regarding flood hazard certification for the Leased Property, which shall be prepared at the Lessee’s expense.
