Flood Control. Nothing in this Agreement affects or alters the obligations, rights, and privileges of the entities under the Treaty relating to operation and compensation for flood control and without restricting the generality of the foregoing, it is expressly agreed that any reduction in generation in the United States brought about by operation for flood control under the Treaty or any flood control arrangements made pursuant to the Treaty shall not be a reduction in the Canadian Entitlement for which compensation is required under this Agreement.
Flood Control. Each Loan Party, the Real Property Collateral and the use and operations of the Real Property Collateral are in compliance in all material respects with the provisions of all flood control laws, ordinances and other regulations applicable to the Real Property Collateral (including laws, ordinances and regulations of the Cxxxx County Flood Control District) and all agreements relating to flood control with respect to the Real Property Collateral.

Flood Control. Each data center floor should have flood control sensors as well as ceiling protection. Electrical water damage shielding should be on all connections. Floor sensors should be placed to capture accidental discharge from cooling systems.
Flood Control. (a) Prior to the issuance of any permits in portions of the Property which do not overlie the regional drainage facilities on the Property, Master Developer shall increase the existing $75,000 flood maintenance bond for the existing public drainage ways on the Property to $125,000. Prior to the issuance of any permits in portions of the Property which overlie the regional drainage facilities on the Property, Master Developer shall have in place a bond amount of $250,000.
Flood Control. 5. For flood control operation, the United States entity will submit flood control operating plans which may consist of or include flood control storage reservation diagrams and associated criteria for each of the dams. The Canadian entity will operate in accordance with these diagrams or any variation which the entities agree will not derogate from the desired aim of the flood control plan. The use of these diagrams will be based on data obtained in accordance with paragraph 2. The diagrams will consist of relationships specifying the flood control storage reservations required at indicated times of the year for volumes of forecast runoff. After consultation with the Canadian entity the United States entity may from time to time as conditions warrant adjust these storage reservation diagrams within the general limitations of flood control operation. Evacuation of the storages listed hereunder will be guided by the flood control storage reservation diagrams and refill will be as requested by the United States entity after consultation with the Canadian entity.
