Flight Training Clause Samples
Flight Training. Boeing will provide, if required, one classroom course to acquaint up to 15 students with operational, systems and performance differences between Customer’s newly-purchased Aircraft and an aircraft of the same model currently operated by Customer. Any training materials used in Flight Training, if required, will be provided for use in Customer’s own training program.
Flight Training. 2.1. Transition training for 8 flight crews (16 pilots) in 2 classes; The training will consist of ground school (utilizing computer based training), fixed base simulator, full flight simulator and actual aircraft training on Customer's Aircraft.
2.2. Flight Dispatcher training; 2 classes of 6 students;
2.3. Flight Attendant training; 2 classes of 12 students;
2.4. Performance Engineer training in Boeing's regularly scheduled courses; schedules are published twice yearly.
2.5. Training materials will be provided to each student. In addition, one set of training materials as used in Boeing's training program, including visual aids, Computer Based Training Courseware, instrument panel wall charts, text/graphics, video programs, etc. will be provided for use in Customer's own training program.

The training will consist of ground school (utilizing computer based training), fixed base simulator, full flight simulator and actual aircraft training on Customer’s Aircraft.
2.2 For 1 Aircraft: Flight Dispatcher training; one (1) class of six (6) students; For 2 or more Aircraft: Flight Dispatcher training; two (2) classes of six (6) students.
2.3 For 1 Aircraft: Flight Attendant training; one (1) class of twelve (12) students; For 2 or more Aircraft: Flight Attendant training; two (2) classes of twelve (12) students.
2.4 Performance Engineer training in Boeing’s regularly scheduled courses; schedules are published twice yearly.

Flight Training. Corporate Air shall implement a system of periodic training to ensure that the pilots continue to meet (i) the standards set forth in the FAA Approved Training Program applicable to the Aircraft including all aircraft manuals; (ii) all insurance requirements; and (iii) any other requirements or standards required by applicable laws including those of the FAA; such training program shall include annual simulator training at a place such as Flight Safety International or the equivalent. The cost of flight training is included in the Base Payment charged to Dick’s Sporting Goods as specified in Section 3.01.

Customer is authorized to duplicate and use Boeing provided training materials to train Customer’s personnel in their own training program, it being understood that revision service for these materials is not provided by Boeing. Flight Training. The CONTRACTOR shall provide to Aviation students of the MSU-GREAT FALLS the following described flight training at the place, price, quantity, and for the term indicated, subject to Terms and Conditions attached hereto and made a part hereof:
A. Type of Training Private Pilot Commercial Pilot Instrument Rating Certified Flight Instructor Multi-Engine Rating Cooperative Experiences Published Course Requirements to include specialty courses: Conventional Gear, Float Plane and ▇▇▇▇▇▇ (Assuming equipment is available).
Flight Training. Up to ten (10) Flight Hours per pilot to be accomplished on the Aircraft. Any training Flight Hours are subject to the Flight Rates set forth on Appendix B to this Agreement. In addition, Lessor will provide training for four (4) maintenance technicians for the Aircraft. The maintenance technician training will include up to two hundred forty (240) hours of training per technician.
