FHA LOANS. With respect to each FHA Loan, the Seller has provided the Buyer with all loan-level details available to Seller, including without limitation the related FHA case number and Mortgage Insurance Certificate number for such Loan and evidence of the payment (where available) of all FHA insurance fees. To the extent requested by Buyer, the Seller has provided the Buyer with a copy (in either physical or electronic format) of the related Mortgage Insurance Certificate, if such Mortgage Insurance Certificate is available.

FHA LOANS. If the Application is delivered to Lender for a loan intended to be insured by the Federal Housing Administration (“FHA”), it has been originated in conformance with all applicable FHA requirements and Broker is authorized under applicable FHA regulations to originate an FHA loan. Broker has taken no action or failed to take any action, the effect of which would prevent Lender from obtaining FHA insurance or which would at any time invalidate, in whole or in part, the FHA insurance on any submitted Application which is subsequently approved, closed and funded by Lender.
FHA LOANS. (i) Each FHA Loan is an FHA Title I property improvement loan (as defined in 24 C.F.R. Section 201.2) underwritten by the Transferor in accordance with FHA requirements for the Title I Loan program as set forth in 24 C.F.R. Parts 201 and 202, and the Transferor has transmitted a loan report with respect to such FHA Loan to FHA so that such FHA Loan will be included in the Title I program.
FHA LOANS. Licensee’s use of the Licensed Application to submit a Loan Casefile to the FHA TOTAL Scorecard to evaluate the eligibility of a potential loan for insurance by the FHA is governed by this Schedule.
