Fertilizers Clause Samples
The 'Fertilizers' clause defines the requirements and standards for the types and quality of fertilizers to be used in the performance of a contract, typically in agricultural or landscaping projects. It may specify acceptable fertilizer compositions, application methods, timing, and any restrictions on certain chemicals or brands. By setting these parameters, the clause ensures that the fertilizers used will support the intended growth outcomes while complying with environmental or safety regulations, thereby reducing the risk of disputes over product quality or environmental harm.
