Falsification. Manipulating research materials, equipment, or processes, or changing or omitting data or results such that the research is not accurately represented in the research record.

A breach by you of this Agreement may also result in deductions in your compensation.
Falsification. No employee shall be granted leave of absence for the purpose of entering employment for another employer or becoming self-employed. If a leave of absence is falsely obtained and the employee is found to be employed by another employer or to be self-employed while on a leave, the employee shall be given the opportunity to resign from service with the City. If the employee fails or refuses to resign, then the employee shall be discharged.
Falsification or improper use of sick leave will be grounds for immediate suspension or termination of employment.
Falsification. Falsification and/or other abuse of leave and any school record associated with such leave shall be considered just cause for discharge from employment.
Falsification. Falsification, omission, or misrepresentation of the information in the waiver application or Verification of Employment Forms shall render this Agreement, and the IMG’s placement, null and void, with the result that the IMG will have failed to meet his or her service obligation and the provisions of Article 6 shall apply.
Falsification. Any attempt to falsify information with respect to any leave may warrant disciplinary action up to and including dismissal depending upon the circumstances.
