Fahrenheit. Affected individual(s) may only return to work after registering and documenting their temperature reading below 100.4° Fahrenheit for seventy-two (72) consecutive hours. All OCFEC event attendees, before entering OCFEC premises, must have their temperatures taken and documented. Any OCFEC event attendee with a temperature reading above 100.4° Fahrenheit will not be permitted to attend the event and will be required to immediately leave the OCFEC premises. Paid admission/parking fee refunds will be subject to processing schedule. All competitive professional and amateur sports participants, including youth sports participants, must be tested for COVID-19 at least one (1) week before the date of the scheduled competition, and will not be permitted to compete if the intended participant tests positive for COVID-19. If the intended participant tests positive for COVID-19, he/she will not be allowed to participate in any activities at the OCFEC until after (i) receiving a negative result on a subsequent COVID-19 test and (ii) satisfying the specified 14-day (or otherwise governmentally specified) COVID-19 quarantine period. OCFEC Business Partners should make every effort to limit physical touch points at their respective places of business, including at the OCFEC. All OCFEC event promoters must significantly increase frequency of sanitation and disinfection measures at all workstations and equipment that come into contact with OCFEC employees and the general public. All OCFEC Business Partners must assess and identify the frequency of necessary sanitation and disinfection practices, and will review and agree upon a sanitation and disinfection schedule with the OCFEC. Face coverings and disposable gloves must be worn by all OCFEC Business Partner customer-facing employees. All OCFEC event attendees and visitors must wear appropriate face coverings. Physical barriers, if available, are preferred but not required as the general public will make the personal decision of whether to attend an event at the OCFEC and/or patronize an OCFEC Business Partner. For the benefit of the public, OCFEC employees and Business Partner employees, handwashing or hand sanitizing should be done as soon as possible following the handling of materials that come in contact with the general public.

Fahrenheit. Any damage to the pipes or any other damage that occurs because of disregard of this clause shall be Tenant's responsibility. Personal electric heaters are NOT permitted.

Fahrenheit. Tenant shall also keep the temperature at or below eighty-five degrees (85º) Fahrenheit if the unit comes equipped with air conditioning systems. Tenant further agrees not to waste any utilities furnished by the Landlord. All breakers on the premises must be left in the ON position at all times during the term of this Lease. Tenant shall not install or operate any auxiliary heaters which are not furnished by the Landlord without the prior written permission of the Landlord. Any utilities that are payable by Tenant but not active in Tenant’s name (such as an individual lease) shall incur a fifty dollar ($50.00) utility administration fee per utility xxxx invoiced to the Tenant and may be subject to disconnection if not active in Tenant’s name. Tenant is responsible to take the utilities out of their name at the end of their lease. No reimbursements will be made by Landlord.
Fahrenheit. 1.8 The term "MMBtu" shall mean one million (1,000,000) Btu's. 1.9 The term "heating value" shall mean the gross number of British thermal units, sometimes hereinafter referred to as Btu's, produced by the combustion at constant pressure of the amount of gas saturated with water vapor which would occupy a volume of one (1) cubic foot at a temperature of sixty (60) degrees Fahrenheit, under a pressure equivalent to that of thirty (30) inches of mercury at thirty-two (32) degrees Fahrenheit and under gravitational force (acceleration 980.665 cm. per sec. per sec.) with air of the same temperature and pressure as the gas, when the products of combustion are cooled to the initial temperature of the gas and air, and when the water formed by combustion is condensed to the liquid state, and expressed at a pressure base of 15.025 pounds per square inch absolute. Where a chromatograph is used instead of a calorimeter, the gross Btu shall be determined by analysis but shall be on the equivalent basis as above. 1.10 The term "equivalent quantity" shall mean a quantity of gas of equal heating value as determined by the product of the volumes in cubic feet and the heating value per cubic foot, less Customer's pro rata share of Transporter s compressor fuel and equivalents and use requirements and gas lost and unaccounted for, which shall not exceed 1%, as well as any incremental compressor fuel incurred by Transporter to compress the gas in order to receive the gas at the Points of Receipt or deliver the gas at the Points of Delivery. 1.11 The term "Points of Receipt" shall mean those points identified on Exhibit "A" as Points of Receipt and such other points as the parties hereto may mutually agree. 1.12 The term "Points of Delivery" shall mean those points identified on Exhibit "A" as Points of Delivery and such other points as the parties hereto may mutually agree. 1.13 The term "Statement of Operations" shall mean the most recent Statement of Transporter Regarding Firm Transportation under Section 311 of the NGPA then on file with the FERC, as such may change from time-to-time pursuant to subsequent filings by Transporter. 1.14 The term Effective Date shall mean July 1, 1997. 1.15 The term Sales Agreement shall mean that certain Agreement For Natural Gas Service For Distribution and Resale dated October 28, 1991, as amended by amendment of even date herewith, between Customer, as buyer, and Transporter, as seller. 1.16 The term Intrastate Storage Agreement shall me...
