Faculty Lounge. A room shall be provided for use as a faculty lounge which will be furnished with tables, chairs, a refrigerator, microwave oven, phone (voice systems manager), and a computer with a printer at the expense of the Board for working and dining. The Board agrees to maintain the appliances in good working order. Vending machines will be provided as long as vendors are willing to supply the equipment. The profits from these designated machines will be administered by Association representatives in each school building and will be used for appropriate Social Activity Funds.
Faculty Lounge. The Employer will continue to provide a space for a Faculty Lounge. In the event that it is necessary to relocate it, the new space shall be approximately the same size and suitability. In the event that the Employer requires relocation, the Employer shall bear the costs of the relocation.
Faculty Lounge. The faculty will have a student-free faculty lounge in each school building. Coffee will be provided.
Faculty Lounge. The Board shall continue to make available in each school a room or rooms appropriately furnished for use as a faculty lounge.
Faculty Lounge. An appropriately furnished room shall be reserved for the use of teachers as a faculty lounge. Although teachers shall be expected to exercise reasonable care in maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of said lounge, it shall be cleaned weekly by the school's custodial staff.

Faculty Lounge. A. A faculty lounge shall be provided at each school site for MBUs in an area free from students. The faculty lounge at each school site shall be posted “Staff Only.”
Faculty Lounge. The Employer will provide a faculty lounge facility. Upon the closure of the current Faculty Lounge, one will be provided in a location mutually agreeable to the Association and the Employer.
